What is the data actually used for?
Training AI agents on general work skills: how teams make decisions, navigate workflows, and get things done. The goal is not to copy your business.
When do we get paid?
When the buyer accepts the data. Typically, 10–20% is held back for 60–90 days and then released.
How much time does our team need?
About an hour for a checklist and a call, followed by read-only export access. Lode handles extraction and anonymization under your control.
What drives the offer?
Company size, years of history, connections between your systems, and the rarity of your industry or workflows. Five or more years of history generally gets the strongest offers.
Can we change our minds?
Yes. You can back out any time before signing the license. You see a firm offer before committing.
Can I refer another company?
